About the Course

The Paramedic Wound Associate Course, offered by the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence

Institute, is designed to provide community care paramedics with the ability to provide optimal wound care in collaboration with an interprofessional team.

It is a competency-based, self-paced, online foundational course in wound management, expertly guided by a team of Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) certified Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOCs) and in collaboration with a group of community paramedics.
