Applying for the NSWOC Program can be done by following the below steps: 1. Register as an NSWOC Student Associate 2. Register for the NSWOC Program 3. Find your preferred course and cohort, then “Add” and “Register” 4. Pay the $50 application fee 5. Complete all course prerequisites After completing your application, it will be reviewed by the admissions committee after the application deadline. Yes, you can still qualify for the NSWOC Program. However, please note that applicants who completed their Baccalaureate Degree outside of Canada or the United States must submit a formal credential evaluation completed by a recognized Canadian Credential Evaluation Service.

NSWOC and SWAN Programs Yes. All Wound, Ostomy & Continence Institute students must become associate members of Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC) by registering as a "NSWOC Student Associate" (if applying to the NSWOC program) or as a “SWAN Student Associate” (if applying to the SWAN Program) during the application process for a fee of $100 or $90 respectively. However, if students are not accepted into either program they may contact administration@wocinstitute.ca (mailto:administration@wocinstitute.ca)to request a refund for their $90 associate membership fee.
