The Nursing Education Initiative (NEI) provides grants of up to $1,500 per year to support nurses in continuing education and professional development.

Recipients chosen randomly among eligible applicants. Students are encouraged to apply each year, regardless of past applications or awards.

The Canadian Nurses Foundation reimburses up to the full cost of CNA specialty certification and renewal exams, provided they are completed within the application year.
