How do I access CINAHL?
Log in to the membership portal: www.membersnswoc.ca
From the left-hand sidebar, click “Access CINAHL Library.”
I’m seeing a “Session expired” message or I’m stuck in a login loop where CINAHL prompts me to log in then notifies me my session has expired.
This is often caused by an old session saved in your browser that is interfering with logging in. To resolve this follow the below steps.
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
Log back into www.membersnswoc.ca
Click “Access CINAHL Library” again
If the problem continues, try using a different browser (recommended: Chrome, Edge, or Safari)
Note: Firefox often does not work reliably with CINAHL access.
I can access CINAHL, but I can’t open or download the full article
Some CINAHL results only include metadata or abstracts, not full-text access. To resolve this, use the “Full Text” filter in the search options. This will limit your results to articles with full downloadable content.
I’ve tried everything, but I still can’t access CINAHL. What should I do next?
Please take a screenshot of the error message and send it to administration@nswoc.ca along with a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. This will help us escalate the issue to CINAHL support for further investigation.
